The screenshot hype was on from the day I discovered Everspace. After a year of waiting out early access and my spacefighter roguelike dreams finally came true. Ok, it wasn't that magical , but Everspace is as awesome to play as it is to look at.

A surprising addition is that the story motivated me to want to try to finish the game. I'm not good enough to finish the game, but failing is always exciting. I came here for space dogfights and Everspace delivers. Those dogfights always leave my ship in shambles, but give me a reason to explore each region for one more resource that might repair just enough of my ship to keep going. I'll get further next time. Thanks for the space explosions, Everspace.
